NC Triad Adventures (COVID-19 Take)
Hi, friends! If you follow me on Instagram, you know I took a day trip to Winston-Salem a few weeks ago. I went to college in Winston and would frequently visit pre-COVID. Welp, 2020 was weird, as we all know. It was my first time visiting in Winston since January, meaning I hadn’t been to WSNC for 10 whole months, which was definitely a record for me since I started at Salem College 8 years ago (WHAT). To-Go Cocktails in the Triangle
Hi, friends! If you haven’t heard yet, Governor Cooper is now allowing to-go cocktails in NC. I don’t know about you but I am excited to have a fancy cocktail at home and to know that this will bring an extra revenue for so many restaurants bars struggling to stay afloat. In this blog post, I rounded up the places throughout the Triangle offering to-go cocktails currently (Tuesday evening). I’ll continue updating this post as I learn of more!

What I Read Last Month – November 2020
Hi, friends! Can you believe it’s the last month of 2020? It is wild how quickly 2020 passed by. November was not a super productive reading month for me (I literally read 0 pages from the day of the election until the results were called the following Saturday), but I really enjoyed every book I read this month and I am excited to share my thoughts with you!

Christmas Board with Sassool
Hi, friends! Christmas is my favorite holiday of all time, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring you this Christmas Board with Sassool. Like the Thanksgiving Board, I used some of Sassool’s side items as well as the grocery items they carry in the market section. For this board, I ensured I added more colors to make it extra festive. I also challenged myself to get creative with more new-to-me products. Without further ado, let’s jump into all the goodies I got from Sassool to create these Christmas cheese boards!
