    Hi, friends! If you haven’t heard yet, Governor Cooper is now allowing to-go cocktails in NC. I don’t know about you but I am excited to have a fancy cocktail at home and to know that this will bring an extra revenue for so many restaurants bars struggling to stay afloat.
