Social Distancing Cheese Board Party

Hi, friends! Hope you are all staying safe and sane during this period of COVID-19. Recently, I’ve been missing making cheese boards for gatherings because that is my #lovelanguage. Then came the idea of making multiple small cheese boards to share! I used some goodies from Boxcarr Handmade Cheese and Midtown Olive Oil and absolutely love how they turned out. Keep reading for the list of ingredients I used!

First up is the casserole dish cheese board Alex and I shared.

Second is the baking pan cheese board. This went to #shinsters!

Last but not least, the Pyrex cheese board for my mom/brother! I recently used this for another cheeseboard–it’s just the right size for two people

I had a lot of fun making these three cheese “boards” and used some new-to-me products. Here’s the list of everything I put on the boards:

From Boxcarr Handmade Cheese, Rosie’s Robiola, Lissome, and Redbud (Boxcarr is currently doing online orders and contactless pickup, available on Tuesdays and Saturdays)

From Midtown Olive Oil, Ritrovo Selections Truffle Honey and the Fine Cheese Co. Toasts for Cheese (Midtown Olive Oil is doing curbside pickup and they have so many products in addition to olive oil and balsamic vinegars, including meal kits!)

From Trader Joe’s, Roasted Gorgonzola Flavored Oven Crisp Crackers, Spanish Brand Deli Selection and Crystallized Candied Gingers (I typically put the orange slices but my local TJ’s was out)

What are you making during this quarantine?
