What I Got in My Second thredUP Order
Hi, friends! I have purged my closet quite a bit recently and got rid of all the clothes that do not fit me anymore. Because I have been wanting to buy secondhand clothes in efforts to make more sustainable choices, I decided to get some new-to-me clothes from thredUP, an online consignment/thrift store. While this was only my second time placing an order from thredUP, I browse it quite frequently. Because there are a lot of listings on thredUP, I always filter for “My Sizes” (you can preset this) and “New with Tags” or “Like-New” conditions to make it less overwhelming. Week in Outfits 2021.12.26
The last Week in Outfits post of 2021! I love dressing up for the holidays (for any occasion for that matter) so there are lots of red and green outfits in this one. Alex and I split Christmas holidays and spent time with both of our families. I took off work all of next week so I’m looking forward to keeping my brain turned off for a little longer. LAST WEEK: It was the busiest week in a long time! Work has probably been the busiest it’s ever been since I joined a new study in August. I had some plans a few evenings last week for which I had to have a hard stop. The weekend was a perfect balance of holiday festivities and downtime spent on the couch! It’s finally hitting me it’s Christmas time haha. THIS WEEK: Per usual, I am looking forward to a short work week! Last Week: Recently, I have been feeling extra weird about social media. I have been talking to my sisters and close friends about the sense of disparity and the feeling of exhaustion I am carrying around these days.
