Books I Read Last Month – October 2020

Happy November, friends! Despite the incomprehensible weather we are having in North Carolina as usual, November feels like the true beginning of fall for me, and I am excited for more fall weather and the upcoming holiday season. It looks like I was a voracious reader in the month of October (this often happens when all of my library holds become available at the same time haha), and I do have some book recommendations, should you be looking!

My Top 10 Favorite Durham Foodie Spots

Hi, friends! In today’s blog post, I am sharing my top 10 tried-and-true foodie spots in Durham, NC. Fallcuterie Board

Hi, friends! I’m here with a new cheese board post! Compared to previous years, I have been seeing a lot more of “harvest cheeseboards”, “fallcuterie”, “boards with gourds” on Instagram. Fall is my favorite season and with the return of Boxcarr’s seasonal Cottonboo, I was inspired to create my own version!

A Weekend Guide to the Triangle

Hi, friends! I first wrote this post back in February after a friend has visited from out of state. We did a lot of stuff during the weekend all over the Triangle (are you impressed I left Durham?!), and I thought it would be fun to share the “weekend itinerary.” The original plan was to publish it in March, but then COVID-19 pandemic escalated and we were under a lockdown so it didn’t make sense to publish it then.

Hi, friends! Happy October! The fall weather we’ve been having recently has gotten me excited for Q4. I love the holiday season, and I guess 2020 ending is another thing to look forward to this year. With that said, I have been in a reading rut recently, but September was a good reading month for me. Keep reading for my thoughts on everything I read last month.
